Ahad Bhatti : I’ve had my first few sessions with Sid, learning the practices of yoga, and I’ve already gained so much from them. In just these few sessions, I’ve learned a lot about the exercises I need to do, the reasoning behind them, and the importance of proper nutrition. Sid has truly given me a sense of purpose and clarity about what I want to achieve with my body and how to go about it. I’m really looking forward to everything else he can teach me and how much more I can grow under his guidance.
